Sunday Wire
Fingerpicked guitar, close singing, and stories told without much furniture around them.
Saturday starts quietly
Sunday Wire is the solo project of songwriter Eli Rowan. The name came from a radio aerial strung between two garden sheds; the songs carry that same interest in small connections.
The demo collection Kitchen Window was written over one winter. A fingerpicked pattern does most of the work, with an occasional second voice on record. On stage, Eli plays alone.
In the yard
This is the first Saturday set. Come in at one, pick up food or water, and settle near the stage before two. The set includes a new song written for the walk along Mill Lane.
