About the festival
A weekend downriver
A yard, a warehouse, and a bill made for wandering.
A small site with two different sounds
Lowbank is a fictional festival at a former riverside works in Alderport. The yard holds guitar bands and brass in the afternoon. The warehouse brings the program indoors for quieter listening sets and late electronic music.
The two stages are a short walk apart. We leave gaps around the largest sets so people can get water, find a seat, or hear something on the other side of the site.
Built around the room
The demo bill mixes local acts with bands from nearby towns. Each artist page describes a sound and a specific set. The schedule includes acts playing on more than one date, so a concert series can use the same structure.
A note on the demo
Lowbank, its performers, and the venue are invented for this theme. The credited photographs show real music and riverside scenes elsewhere. They are used for atmosphere and do not identify any demo artist.
