Static Bloom
A live electronic duo working with drum machines, bass pulses, and spare vocals.
Closing time, stretched out
Static Bloom play their machines live. One member handles the rhythm patterns while the other plays synth and sings, changing the arrangement in response to the floor.
Their demo EP Soft Voltage puts a small voice inside a large low end. The live version is rougher at the edges: patterns drop out, notes hang longer, and a song can return after several minutes away.
Both nights
Friday’s set follows the EP’s sequence. Saturday takes a longer route through new material. The warehouse closes after the final set, with stewards guiding people to Mill Lane.
There are steady lighting changes during the set. Ask the access team ahead of time if you need more detail about lighting or sound.
